  • Emergency Contact & Medical Relations: Emergency contact name/relationship, crisis phone number, and your General Practitioner (GP) surgery name, address, and clinic contact details.
  • Special Category Data (Sensitive Health & Personal Data): Mental health history, nervous system regulation/trauma history, previous engagement with clinical therapy, details of care under licensed psychiatrists or medical doctors, and current regular psychological medications.
  • Spiritual & Lifestyle Data: Personal reflections regarding life friction, coping mechanisms, boundary navigation, abundance mindset, and emotional barriers.
  • Financial & Transaction Data: Purchase history, payment plans, invoices, and transaction metadata.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing Your Information

Under the UK GDPR, we must establish a valid legal framework to handle your personal information:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing your identity and contact information is necessary to deliver the premium therapeutic or coaching packages you purchase.
  • Explicit Consent (Special Category Data): Because we collect sensitive information regarding your mental health, trauma history, and clinical medications, we rely on your explicit, written consent. You grant this consent by selecting the designated privacy agreement checkbox on our Intake and Alignment form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing booking data through automation tools is necessary to manage schedules efficiently and deliver customer support.
  • Vital Interests (Safeguarding): We may process your personal or GP details if it is essential to protect your life or the vital interests of another individual.

4. How We Use Your Data

We utilise your information strictly to maintain professional care standards and execute bespoke programming:

  • To evaluate your baseline readiness for deep somatic, emotional, or shadow work.
  • To tailor our Soul Plan, EFT, Shadow Work, or Cognitive Integration sessions to your specific history.
  • To securely manage appointments, cancellations, billing records, and electronic invoicing.
  • To contact your emergency services or GP strictly in the event of an imminent mental health crisis.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We maintain industry-standard physical and technical boundaries to keep your data confidential:

  • Digital Storage: Digital intake files, session profiles, and booking metadata are stored on password-protected cloud servers utilising end-to-end encryption.
  • Physical Security: Any printed onboarding assets are kept in locked filing cabinets accessible exclusively by the Data Controller.
  • Third Parties: We never sell, lease, or trade your private data. Data is exclusively handled by essential software processors executing tasks on our behalf.

6. Payment & Scheduling Security

To provide a secure, premium client journey, we integrate with trusted industry tools that comply with strict data protection guidelines:

  • Stripe Payments: All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, view, or store raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking passwords on our local systems. Your financial data is encrypted directly through Stripe's certified PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Stripe's processing activities are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly Booking: When you book a private session, you provide your name, email address, and booking notes. This data is processed securely to sync our digital calendars and trigger automated email or SMS session reminders.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your onboarding files, intake sheets, and session logs for a period of five years following the conclusion of your therapeutic container. This duration is strictly maintained to fulfil professional indemnity insurance mandates and professional practice obligations. Once this retention period expires, all files are permanently erased or cross-shredded.

8. Your Legal Rights

Under data protection law, you hold comprehensive rights regarding your information:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to request a free copy of the personal records we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct or complete any inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your data. Note: We may decline this request if retaining the data is legally required for our professional indemnity insurance.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your permission for us to process your health data at any time, which will immediately conclude our therapeutic engagement.

I am a Spiritual Counsellor, Soul Plan Practitioner and Spiritual Integration Guide. The services offered in this practice, including Soul Plan Readings, Shadow Work Therapy, EFT Tapping, and Cognitive Integration Therapy (CIT), are designed for personal and spiritual development, emotional healing, and self-discovery.

Not Medical or Psychiatric Care

Spiritual Counselling is a holistic modality; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. I do not diagnose mental health disorders, prescribe medications, or provide clinical therapy for severe psychiatric conditions.

Strict Confidentiality

I maintain strict confidentiality; however, if I believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others, I reserve the right to contact your GP or emergency services. Where safe and practical, I will discuss this with you first.

Client Responsibility

By engaging with these services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist, psychotherapist or medical doctor, you are advised to share this information with me during your onboarding process. If you experience a mental health emergency, please contact your local healthcare services or emergency helpline immediately.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

While these techniques are evidence-based and highly transformative, individual results vary. Deep inner work requires active participation, and outcomes depend entirely on your personal integration process.

Cancellation Policy, Holding the Sacred Container

Because I pour my full energetic presence into every session and hold this time exclusively for your evolution, I ask that you treat our scheduled sessions with the highest devotion.

  • Time as Medicine: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
  • Honouring the Container: Any cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments within this 48-hour window will result in the session being counted as used from your prepaid programme.
  • Space for the Unexpected: I completely understand that true emergencies happen. This policy is never punitive; it simply honours the energetic contract of our work, protects my practice, and ensures we both remain fully accountable to your soul plan.
